Description: This extra virgin olive oil from the Estepa region of Andalusia in Southern Spain is light fruity in flavor and well-balanced with both spicy and bitter intensities. Cold extracted from 100% Arbequina olives, its prominent fruitiness is most characterized by green fruits, tomatoes and a hint of almond. It is ideal to finish fish, to prepare homemade mayonnaise and vinaigrettes, and to drizzle on fresh cheeses. This oil has a low smoke point and is not recommended for use in cooking foods.
The fullest flavor can be enjoyed when stored in a cool, dark place through date noted on bottle/tag.
