This P.G.I. Certified (Protected Geographic Indication) Balsamic was produced under strict European rules and the control of the Italian Ministry of Agriculture. A less dense version than its gold counterpart, this Balsamic is a perfect blending of wine vinegar and grape must aged in Slovenian oak vats and barrels for 8-10 years, to emerge as a full-bodied Balsamic with a rich and enduring flavor. The sweet and sour notes are perfectly balanced giving this Balsamic the qualities perfect for blending with your favorite Testa’s Pantry extra virgin olive to accompany any type of salad, or to be used as a bold dipping sauce for crusty bread.
Produced in Italy from grapes of Italian origin. Bottled in Schenectady, NY. Caramel free. The fullest flavor can be enjoyed when stored in a cool, dark place through date noted on bottle/tag.
