A superior balsamic with a rich brown color and a light woody bouquet. Quite dense, it clings to the food on which it is drizzled. Use with raw fruits and vegetables to bring out the fresh flavor of earth’s bounty, or with parmigiano reggiano and taleggio cheeses, favorites in Modena.
The fullest flavor of our balsamics can be enjoyed when stored in a cool, dark place through date noted on bottle/tag. Produced in Italy from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes. All are caramel free.
